Homeowner Portal Tips

  • Once logged in, the Help Panel will assist you in exploring all of the capabilities Client Connect has to offer.
  • You can change your password by clicking Resident>User Profile>Password (this tab will appear above your name(s) in orange highlight)
  • Click on EPAY or PAY NOW to submit an online payment or auto-pay enrollment. You will be redirected to First Citizen's Bank to complete the process. Please have the Association ID, Management ID, and your HOA account number ready.
  • Please note you must Log Out to Save your Dashboard Settings.
